I would like to thank you again for the wonderful class on Saturday. I found it extremely helpful and I
understand now the importance of speaking 'American'. The pacing, pauses, and importance of what I'm
reading from script is now so much easier discovered, and makes more sense because I have learned
to speak this way.
I was amazed at how simply you had broken down the technique and how easy it was written out so I
could practice at home. For such a challenging thing you made it quite easy to grasp. I thought the little
mirrors were great and seeing everyone on camera doing it helped hugely. After a while you could
instantly see when you were doing it correctly and hear the difference it made when it was working. This
was quite possibly one of the most valuable lessons I could have learned as a Vancouver actress and If
you are doing any other workshops or are teaching somewhere please let me know! I would love to train
with you again.
Thank you again Andy, I can't express how life altering the experience was and how much it has
increased not only my skills but my confidence at auditions, interviews, on set, and also in life. When
people can understand you, and hear every word with ease, everything changes.
